EXCHANGE:
We do accept exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was sent.
Your exchange requests should be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of item(s) by you.

REFUNDS:

Exchange/Return Procedure
Please Email / WhatsApp on info@hnywardrobe.com and/or +923091683147 within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process. You must include your full name, postal address and the order number given to you at the time of your order.
Once we receive your returned/exchanged item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email confirmation (Please check your junk/Spam folder of your email) about receipt of item(s) and estimated time required to process your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed and the outcome.

RETURN SHIPPING:
After reviewing your request, if the wrong article is delivered from our side than we’ll get it picked from your doorstep and you will not be charged for shipping. But if the correct article is delivered as per order and there are no issue with it and you still want to exchange/return than you’ll have to ship the article and will be responsible for safe delivery to our address.
